ABSTRACT
This research aims to identify the strategies of Yayasan Islah Bina Umat in empowering orphans and the underprivileged. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, employing Miles & Huberman's data analysis, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and interviews. The conclusion of this research is that the actions taken by Yayasan Islah Bina Umat align with the Empowerment Strategy proposed by Ibn Khaldun. Yayasan Islah Bina Umat applies spiritual aspects that can empower the community through its learning and teaching. Additionally, Yayasan Islah Bina Umat implements intellectual aspects, which show many similarities with Ibn Khaldun's theory. It can be concluded that the programs within the spiritual aspects also encompass the intellectual aspects. Yayasan Islah Bina Umat also applies economic empowerment aspects by providing social contributions to those in need and to empower underdeveloped communities to become more developed.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Yayasan Islah Bina Umat dalam pemberdayaan anak yatim dan dhuafa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan analisis data Miles & Huberman, melibatkan reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Islah Bina Umat sesuai dengan Strategi Pemberdayaan yang digagas oleh Ibnu Khaldun. Yayasan Islah Bina Umat menerapkan aspek rohaniah yang dapat meberdayakan masyarakat dari sisi pembelajaran dan pengajarannya, Yayasan Islah Bina Umat juga menerapkan aspek intelektual, yang mana aspek intelektual ini dalam teori Ibnu Khaldun banyak kesamaan. Bisa disimpulkan bahwa program yang berada di dalam aspek ruhaniyah, makan pada aspek intelektual juga tercantum. Yayasan Islah Bina Umat juga menerapkan aspek pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dengan memberikan sumbangan-sumbangan yang berbau sosial untuk para masyarakat yang membutuhkan, dan juga demi memberdayakan masyarakat yang kurang atau tidak berkembang menjadi berkembang.
