Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pola kaderisasi dai hafizh al-Quran di Mahad Tahfizhul Quran Isy Karima Karangpandan Karanganyar. Metode Penelitian: Kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian: Pola kaderisasi dai hafizh al-Quran mahad tahfizhul quran Isy Karima menggunakan system sekolah yang memadukan anatara kurikulum kepondokan dan kurikulum DIKNAS serta DEPAG yang berorientasi pada penguasaan kemampuan membaca al-Quran dan perangkat ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan dengannya. Konsentrasi hafalan al-Quran menjadi prioritas utama dalam pembinaan santri, dengan menggunakan system setoran hafalan dan murajaah (mengulang hafalan) serta metode tasmi (memperdengarkan hafalan) di rumah majlis talim dan masjid sekitar mahad. Mengajarkan pokok-pokok ajaran Islam Aqidah dan syariah kepada santrinya dan membekali mereka berbagai keterampilan sebagai media pembentukan karakter yang siap menjadi dai mujahid fisabilillah. Seperti: kegiatan SAPALA (Santri Pecinta Alam) yang memiliki beberapa item yaitu: memanah, berkuda, berenang yang semua itu sebagai bekal dasar dawah, dan keterampilan pengobatan dan wira usaha.
