Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pola kaderisasi da’i hafizh al-Qur’an di Ma’had Tahfizhul Qur’an Isy Karima Karangpandan Karanganyar. Metode Penelitian: Kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian: Pola kaderisasi da’i hafizh al-Qur’an ma’had tahfizhul qur’an Isy Karima menggunakan system sekolah yang memadukan anatara kurikulum kepondokan dan kurikulum DIKNAS serta DEPAG yang berorientasi pada penguasaan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an dan perangkat ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan dengannya. Konsentrasi hafalan al-Qur’an menjadi prioritas utama dalam pembinaan santri, dengan menggunakan system setoran hafalan dan muraja’ah (mengulang hafalan) serta metode tasm’i (memperdengarkan hafalan) di rumah majlis ta’lim dan masjid sekitar ma’had. Mengajarkan pokok-pokok ajaran Islam Aqidah dan syari’ah kepada santrinya dan membekali mereka berbagai keterampilan sebagai media pembentukan karakter yang siap menjadi da’i mujahid fisabilillah. Seperti: kegiatan SAPALA (Santri Pecinta Alam) yang memiliki beberapa item yaitu: memanah, berkuda, berenang yang semua itu sebagai bekal dasar da’wah, dan keterampilan pengobatan dan wira usaha.
